About Eternity Woman

Founded in November 27, 2025

Who We Are

Welcome to Eternity Woman, a health and wellness resource created to help women make informed, confident decisions about their bodies, their health, and their everyday well-being.

We believe that trustworthy health information should be clear, accessible, and grounded in evidence — not hype, fear, or guesswork. Every article we publish is researched and written with that principle in mind.

Our Story

Eternity Woman began in November 27, 2025 with a simple idea: women deserve health content that respects both their intelligence and their time. Too much of what circulates online about women’s health is vague, outdated, or written primarily to sell something rather than to inform.

We set out to build something different — a space where readers can find well-researched, plainly written articles on topics that matter to women at every stage of life, from hormonal health and nutrition to fitness, mental well-being, and healthy aging. Since the launch, we have published 27 articles, all developed using the research and editorial process described below.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make reliable health and wellness information easy to find and easy to understand. We aim to:

  • Translating complex health topics into clear and practical language
  • Base our content on reliable research and recognized health sources
  • Being transparent about how our content is created, reviewed, and updated
  • Respecting our readers’ ability to make their own informed decisions
  • Continuously improving our content as new evidence emerges
  • We are not here to replace healthcare professionals. We are here to help you arrive at the most informed medical consultation.

What We Publish

Eternity Woman covers a broad range of topics relevant to women’s health and everyday wellness, including:

  • Nutrition and healthy eating habits
  • Fitness, movement, and physical activity
  • Hormonal health and life stages (including menstrual health, pregnancy, and menopause)
  • Mental and emotional well-being
  • Sleep, stress, and recovery
  • Skin and body care
  • General wellness and healthy lifestyle habits

Our content is written for general educational purposes. It is not a substitute for personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment (see our full Medical Disclaimer below).

Our Editorial Standards

Every piece of content on Eternity Woman follows a consistent editorial process:

  1. Research first. Topics are researched using reputable sources, including peer-reviewed studies, recognized health organizations (such as the WHO, ACOG, or Mayo Clinic), and established medical references.
  2. Clear writing. We avoid unnecessary jargon and aim to explain health topics in plain, everyday language.
  3. Regular review. Content is revisited at least once a year to reflect current understanding and best available evidence. Each article displays its publish date and last-reviewed date.
  4. Honest limitations. When evidence is limited, mixed, or evolving, we say so, rather than presenting uncertain information as settled fact.

Read our full Editorial Policy for more detail on how we research, write, and review content.

Our Research Process

When we create an article, we start by identifying what current, credible research and recognized health authorities say about a topic. We prioritize:

  • Peer-reviewed research and systematic reviews where available
  • Guidance from established public health organizations
  • Consensus positions rather than isolated or fringe claims

We link to credible sources throughout our articles when relevant. If you ever notice a claim on our site that doesn’t reflect current evidence, please contact us — see our note on corrections below.

Editorial Independence

Eternity Woman’s editorial content is created independently of any advertising or affiliate relationships. Decisions about what to write, what to recommend, and how to present information are based on our editorial standards and on what we believe is genuinely useful to our readers — not on advertiser interests.

This site may contain affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase a product through our links, at no extra cost to you. This never influences our editorial recommendations. For more detail, see our full Affiliate Disclosure.

Accuracy and Fact-Checking

We take factual accuracy seriously. Our process for maintaining it includes:

  • Verifying claims against credible, current sources before publication
  • Reviewing older articles at least annually to check whether the information still reflects current understanding
  • Correcting errors promptly when they are identified, with a visible correction note on the article

If you believe something on our site is inaccurate or out of date, please let us know. We would rather correct a mistake than leave it standing.

Meet the Founder

Adele Smith is the founder and lead writer behind Eternity Woman. Adele is a journalist and researcher focused on women’s health and wellness topics, and she leads the site’s editorial direction, research approach, and day-to-day writing.

Adele is not a physician, nurse, or licensed healthcare provider, and does not provide medical advice. Her role is to research topics carefully, consult credible and recognized public sources — including peer-reviewed studies and established health organizations — and translate that information into content that is clear and genuinely useful for readers. Where a topic requires clinical judgment, our articles direct readers to consult a qualified healthcare professional rather than presenting themselves as a substitute for one.

Our Commitment to Readers

We are committed to:

Publishing content that is honest about what is known, uncertain, or still debated
Updating articles as understanding evolves
Being transparent about our process, our team, and how we operate
Listening to reader feedback and taking corrections seriously
Never presenting sponsored or promotional content as independent editorial content, and clearly labeling any sponsored posts as such
